Also survived by nieces and nephews. July 24, 2008, age 46. Funeral services at Cunningham Funeral Services, 7312 Beechmont Ave., Anderson Twp., Monday July 28th, 8 PM. Friends and relatives may call on Monday at the funeral home from 5 PM until the time of services. Family desire memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimers Association.
